2010 ACE EVENT
Your are invited to unravel the mystery……
Murder at the Marriott
March 27, 2010 ~ 6pm Marriott Hotel ~ Springfield, MA
The theme is a 1925 gangster murder. It is one of the hippest nightspots in Chicago – a speakeasy during prohibition where the bar is open and the music is hot. Come unravel the mystery as you meet such suspects as the song bird Jazzy Ann Swanky, the US Senator Vito D. Beale, Numbers Nickowski the accountant and many more.
Music is provided by Nino’s DJ service to keep the party going and there will be lots to bid on including the “Mystery Box”. Check out the auction items donated so far.
Tickets are $65.00 Per Person or sold as a Table of Ten for $600.00
So tell all your friends about the best party in town. The evening includes a murder mystery, complimentary parking and cocktails, dinner, and dancing. Enjoy a Fun Evening with Friends!
For soliciting donations…
We have many ways businesses and individuals can support our event. Attached is the business letter, donation form, and IRS letter as St. Mary’s Academy is a 501c non-profit organization.
Here are a few considerations:
· By donating an item or service to our silent or live auction where you will be recognized as the donor of the item
· By making an in-kind donation of time or a service for our event such as printing or advertising
· By donating an item for our community bag which will contain offers, discounts, and products promoting local businesses
· Or simply by making a financial donation.
