Safe Environment Meeting and CORI Check for ALL Volunteers

Parents, Grandparents and Guardians who wish to volunteer in any way at St. Mary's Academy (including coaching sports teams, assisting in the computer lab, serving as a lunch or classroom helper, accompanying students on fieldtrips, etc.) must have completed the CORI (Criminal Offense Record Investigation) process which is part of a Safe Envirnoment Meeting.The next Safe Envirnoment Meeting will be conducted in the Parish Center on October 11, 2011 at 7:00 pm. 

The meeting lasts less than an hour. Be sure to bring your driver’s license.

October 4th at 7:00 pm in the Parish Center.

We welcome your talent and input and look forward to having you on board.  We have filled some Chairman roles, but are looking for additional leaders for some of our events. 
 
This year we were fortunate to be able to maintain a small tuition increase for our students.  This was made possible by a small group of volunteers coordinating the fundraising efforts over the last several years.  Volunteering affects EVERY family.  It is our responsibility, as a school community, to keep potential future tuition increases at a minimum by having ALL families participate in volunteer opportunities in order to meet our annual fundraising requirement.
