Up-coming opportunities for Junior High students:

We look forward to welcoming the NEW GRADE 6 students to Junior High and look forward to working with them!!

Thanks to all the Junior High students who helped with Carnival this year! It was certainly well attended! Junior High students help make the fun happen!

The Junior High students are invited to take part in the Fall drama production. We have a collaborative decision  about which play to perform this Fall. I have both scripts ready to go.

Auditions are September 3 (I just want to hear your voice). You will need to fill out the permission slip (both plays are listed there) and I have attached a mandatory rehearsal schedule. Please pay close attention to dates. If you are involved in sports, please know that coaches have been most generous allowing students to have the mandatory rehearsal time off if they know well in advance!

If you have questions, please contact me!

Our first dance will be held September 12! Tickets will go on sale (for $5) on September 8 (Monday). No tickets are sold at the door. Guests are usually not invited to attend the first dance (we need to remember the rules before we are responsible for guests). We will be discussing drop-off and pick-up procedures in class as we move closer to the dance date.

Students who have volunteered to attend Father CJ's Mass for WWII soldiers, Monday, September 8, should plan to stay through afterschool. The Mass will begin at 6:30 pm. That will ensure that students will not walk in late to Mass. Students will be provided supper before we walk over to Mass. Students are required to wear their entire school uniform for the Mass. Pick-up should be about 7:45 pm.

Those students who have volunteered to attend Father CJ's Mass for the soldiers of WWII (Monday, September 8) should plan to stay through after school. That will ensure that students will not be entering the church late. We will offer supper before we walk over to the church. Students are required to wear their complete uniform for the Mass.
