OPEN ENROLLMENT 2026-2027 School Year
Thank you for your interest in St. Mary’s Academy. Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will begin at Open House on Sunday, January 25 2026. Please join us at Open House from 1-3 for a tour of our school and meet our amazing staff!

ENROLLMENT POLICY
St. Mary's Academy follows the enrollment policy of the Diocese of Springfield.

Ready to apply?
Fill out our online application and submit with a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Please keep in mind that submission of an application does not guarantee an offer of acceptance. It is just one of the first steps in the process.
After the application is reviewed, interview conducted and if an offer of enrollment is extended, you will be sent a welcome letter via email. With 7 days of receiving that email a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. Once the $200 is received it will be applied to your tuition however it cannot be rolled into monthly tuition payment it is paid at the time that the enrollment packet is submitted. Your child will not be considered enrolled until the deposit is received and enrollment packet is complete.
Once the enrollment deposit and enrollment packet is received, your child will be enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year. The Development Coordinator will work with you throughout the application and enrollment process to ensure all necessary documents are on file for your child to begin the school year.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have multiple students you must fill out an application for each student. It is also necessary to send in a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant via the online application portal and the $200 deposit is per student. Each family that does not attend Open House will be asked to schedule an in-person interview. New students entering into the elementary grades may be asked to do a shadow day as part of the interview process. Thank you for understanding.
